Refund & Return Policy – Topo Nomad

At Topo Nomad, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help — while ensuring fair use of our policy.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Scratch Maps – Can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • T-Shirts – Eligible for size exchange only within 7 days; product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with labels and tags.

  • Custom Items (e.g., *Frame Your Road Trip and Trek *posters) – Not eligible for return or exchange as they are made to order.

  • Stickers – Returns not accepted unless defective.


2. Conditions for Return

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

  • Customers must contact us first at team@toponomad.co before sending any items back.

  • A courier charge of ₹250 will be deducted from the refund for return shipping (unless the item is defective).

  • Address for returns will be shared after your request is approved.


3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Refunds include the original shipping cost paid at purchase.

  • For approved exchanges (e.g., T-shirt size changes), the replacement will be shipped after we receive the original item.


4. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your product has a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.


5. Exceptions & Misuse

  • Returns showing signs of use, damage, or tampering not caused by us will be rejected and sent back at the customer’s expense.

  • Multiple returns from the same customer may be reviewed to prevent policy abuse.
