1. Shipping Partners

We ship orders using trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart and Delhivery.

2. Dispatch Time

  • Orders are normally dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders may take an additional 24 hours for processing.

  • COD orders incur an extra fee of ₹120, payable in cash to the courier at the time of delivery.

  • This COD fee is not included in the online bill total and will be collected separately upon delivery.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timelines depend on the courier service and your location.

  • We will provide tracking details once your order has been shipped.

5. Delays

  • While we strive to meet the stated timelines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier issues, or regional restrictions.
