What is the return or refund policy?
This product is tailored exclusively for you. Thus, returns or refunds are unavailable. In case of any issues with print quality or damage upon delivery, replacements are offered.
If dissatisfied with our design, a 50% refund of the partial payment is provided, without a soft copy.
Can I combine two (or multiple) countries?
Yes, yes. That's the entire objective. If you've visited multiple countries in a single trip, we can note the cities/destinations you visited in those countries. However, we cannot merge two completely different trips into one.
Can I add more photos?
We permit three photos as per our design specifications. Should there be adequate space around the map area, our designer can incorporate additional images upon request. Sharing pictures via WhatsApp is possible. In general, maintaining 2-4 pictures is considered optimal.
